Warehouse & Service Assistant

Are you hands-on, reliable, and happy switching between the warehouse floor and helping customers? We're looking for a Warehouse & Service Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied role for someone who is willing to contribute to our operations, customer focused, takes pride in getting things right, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, check, document and store incoming items to appropriate sections.
• Support inventory management.
• Pick, pack, and *prepare items for dispatch.
• With in-house training, *basic testing, recording and packing of equipment under technician supervision, ensuring they meet specified requirements.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintaining accurate documentation for orders and tasks assigned.
• Assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email with orders, queries, and general support.
• Assist with organising local and international deliveries of customer orders and machines for servicing.
• Support the wider team with general duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service role.
• Physically fit and experienced with safe manual handling.
• Friendly, clear communicator with a customer-first attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
• Basic testing, servicing, troubleshooting, repairing appliances or willing to learn.
• Forklift licence a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and stock systems.
