Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing financial statements and tax returns
  • Completing compliance and introduction to advisory work
  • Preparing BAS/IAS
  • ManagingDiv 7Aloans, GST, CGT and FBTmatters
  • Staying up todate with taxation andlegislative changes
  • You will gain exposure to a diverse client base across multiple industries, up to $50 million in turnover

Ideal Requirements

  • Currently studying towards CA, CPA, or interested in pursuing
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation
  • Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns
  • Experience preparingBAS, GST, FBT and PAYGreturns
  • Minimum2 years’ experience in an Australian public practice firm
  • Experience withindividuals, partnerships, trusts and companies
  • Solid understanding ofDiv 7A, GST, CGT and FBT
  • Experience usingXero
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Experience working withQBCC clientswill be highly regarded
