Job Description
Hiring for a dynamic, fast-growing company on a mission to transform industrial air quality. We don’t just sell equipment—we design and deliver engineering excellence. As industrial spaces and commercial hubs rapidly evolve, our cutting-edge Air Cleaner, HVAC, and machinery solutions are in higher demand than ever.
We pride ourselves on a high-energy, performance-driven culture where innovation is rewarded, bureaucracy is left at the door, and every team member has a direct impact on our growth. If you want to move away from rigid corporate silos and join a rapidly expanding business where your career can skyrocket, you belong here.
Why This Role Matters
We are seeking a technically sharp, results-driven Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will own the entire sales lifecycle—from walking onto a client's site to diagnose their air quality needs, to seeing the final system successfully commissioned. If you love technical problem-solving and closing deals, this is your chance to build something big with us.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Site Engineering & Inspections: Visit client sites post-lead generation to assess airflow, ducting, space constraints, and technical feasibility.
- Techno-Commercial Solutions: Recommend the perfect air cleaner/HVAC systems and draft winning techno-commercial proposals and Proforma Invoices (PI).
- Deal Closure: Drive negotiations, secure Purchase Orders (PO), and turn leads into successful partnerships.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal manufacturing and dispatch teams, monitor installation activities, and ensure seamless commissioning.
- Financial Management: Stay on top of timely payment collections as per project milestones.
- Relationship Building: Maintain rock-solid client relationships to secure AMCs and repeat business.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Degree: B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a closely related field.
- The Background: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in HVAC, Air Cleaners, or Industrial Equipment sales.
- Technical Chops: Solid understanding of airflow systems, ducting, filtration systems, and the ability to read technical drawings/site layouts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. You know how to build trust with a client.
- Mobility: A proactive attitude and complete willingness to travel across the NCR region for site visits.
