Sales Executive – Eyewear Retail

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Shift: Closing Shift

Experience: Prior eyewear retail/sales experience preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong knowledge of eyewear and excellent customer-handling skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in understanding customer requirements, recommending the right eyewear, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear based on their requirements and preferences.
• Have strong knowledge of eyeglasses, sunglasses, lenses, and eyewear products.
• Understand and explain power lenses / prescription lenses to customers.
• Recommend suitable frames and lenses based on prescription, usage, and customer needs.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide a smooth in-store experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and lens options.
• Handle billing and basic store operations when required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements

• Eyewear knowledge is mandatory.
• Power lens / prescription lens knowledge is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Fluent English communication is compulsory.
• Soft-spoken, polite, and well-groomed personality.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Comfortable working the closing shift.
• Prior experience in eyewear retail, optical stores, or premium retail will be an advantage.
