Hub Supervisor

What you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day hub operations — ensuring quality standards are met across every order processed
• Own delivery timelines (TAT) for the hub and course-correct proactively to avoid delays
• Coordinate closely with the central team to keep hub operations aligned with company-wide processes and targets
• Monitor hub-level quality checks and flag/fix recurring issues before they escalate to customers
• Manage on-ground staff and resources at the hub to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain accurate hub-level records and report performance (quality, TAT, output) to the central team

What we're looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, facility/hub management, or a similar on-ground ops role
• Strong ownership mindset — comfortable running a hub independently with minimal hand-holding
• Good coordination skills to work with a central team while managing local execution
• Process-driven, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing people and troubleshooting on the ground
