About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in healthcare finance to lead its financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be a key partner in balancing the delivery of exceptional patient care with the long-term fiscal health of the organization. This strategic role involves serving as the executive lead for financial planning, board presentations, and major capital investments, as well as driving operational efficiency, revenue cycle optimization, and ensuring Medicare reimbursement success.
The CFO will also be responsible for mentoring a finance team, overseeing all financial activities, and maintaining compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a preference for an MBA or Master's degree. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role within a healthcare environment, is required.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Medicare reimbursement, CMS reporting, and healthcare revenue cycles, and must possess exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and presenting complex financial insights. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial leadership, particularly in the context of a dynamic healthcare organization.
