About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Strategy and Operations to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the organization's strategic direction. This executive will work closely with the CEO and the executive team to evaluate growth opportunities, set priorities, and ensure that the company is on a path of sustainable growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making with data and analysis.

The ideal candidate for the VP of Strategy and Operations position at the company will have a strong background in strategic planning, operational management, and a proven track record of driving business growth. Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, data platforms, MLOps, or enterprise SaaS is a plus, as is a background in building enablement programs at high-growth startups.
