Who should apply?

This role will suit a qualified accountant with a passion for sustainability and a desire to be part of a dynamic international environment:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 1–3+ years’ experience
  • Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and controls
  • Exposure to IFRS and internal control frameworks desirable
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Americas
  • Strong communication and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) skills essential

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the Divisional Controller – Americas, this role is part of the divisional finance team and will involve collaboration with local teams across multiple countries:

  • Oversee monthly financial reporting processes and ensure financial controls are in place
  • Roll out new group-wide policies and reporting systems across the region
  • Share best practices to improve reporting quality across regional finance teams
  • Integrate sustainability metrics into financial analysis and reportingAssist with divisional capital expenditure processes
  • Monitor and support remediation of audit findings
  • Contribute to divisional initiatives and ad hoc finance projects
  • Regular travel to sites across Europe and America
