Job Description
Our client is a leading private wealth firm and is seeking a Client Service Executive to join it's expanding Dublin team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in the Wealth Management space.
Responsibilities:
- Client portfolio end-to end administration
- Annual portfolio reviews and valuations
- Managing new and existing business and coordinating with product providers to ensure the prompt processing of pension, protection and investment products across both pre and post-retirement structures
- Communicating with clients regarding their portfolios and new applications in an effective and timely manner
- Working with and supporting advisers in meeting regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements:
- BA (Hons) Degree within a Business or Finance related discipline
- Relevant experience in a similar role,within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions broker is essential
- QFA qualified or progressing towards this qualification
- Demonstrate a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and flexibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
