THE OPPORTUNITY

As an EHS Advisor, you’ll play a crucial part in safeguarding on-site teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance across projects in Dublin. This role offers the chance to influence safety culture while working with a dedicated team in a supportive environment.

THE ROLE

• Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure safety and environmental standards are met.
• Develop and refine risk assessments and method statements to minimise hazards.
• Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to promote safety awareness among personnel and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage safety signage, PPE, and emergency procedures on site.
• Support enforcement of safety policies and environmental initiatives, such as waste management and pollution control.
• Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as the main contact during site inspections by regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement site‑specific safety plans and continuous improvement measures.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in EHS within construction.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and risk assessment techniques.
• PROficient in incident investigation and safety audits.
• Membership of IOSH, IIRSM, or similar bodies.
• Experience with ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 systems.
• Ability to lead safety training programmes.
• Practical knowledge of environmental management practices.

THE PACKAGE

Salary: €70,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Location: Dublin, with site presence across various locations around surrounding areas.
