Creative Project Manager

Your Tasks:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all creative requests, ensuring structured intake, clear briefings, and production readiness.
• Review and validate incoming requests before production, ensuring completeness, clarity, defined deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Assess project scope, complexity, timelines, and resource requirements to enable realistic planning and efficient execution.
• Plan and assign work to appropriate resources based on required skills, priorities, and capacity.
• Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including task management, progress tracking, feedback loops, approvals, and final delivery.
• Proactively manage risks and bottlenecks, stepping in when timelines are at risk, priorities shift, or additional alignment is required.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across Business Partners, the Creative Team, and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting in the project management tool to ensure full visibility of progress, priorities, and workload.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and trust across functions.
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in marketing project management, or a similar role within a creative agency or marketing department
• Strong project management, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders in an international organization
• Proactive, open and highly organized, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and drive collaboration
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g ClickUp or similar) and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Business fluent in English
