About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Manager /Senior Manager – Stock Broking Operations to lead the end-to-end operations of a growing stock broking business.

This is not a pure compliance role.

We are looking for someone who has managed the day-to-day operations of a small or mid-sized stock broking firm, including RMS, settlements, client operations, banking, billing, surveillance, reconciliations and regulatory compliance

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead end-to-end broking operations across the organisation.
• Manage RMS, client exposure monitoring and trading limits.
• Oversee settlements, pay-in / pay-out and reconciliation processes.
• Manage client ledgers, banking operations and fund movements.
• Supervise billing, collections and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with Accounts, RMS, Compliance, Depository and Operations teams.
• Handle CDSL / NSDL operational coordination.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, KYC, AML and PMLA requirements.
• Coordinate exchange, internal and statutory audits.
• Prepare operational MIS and management reports.
• Improve operational processes, SOPs and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the operations team.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• 10–18 years of experience in Stock Broking / Capital Markets.
• Hands-on experience managing broking operations in a small or mid-sized broking company.
• Strong exposure to RMS, settlements, client operations and reconciliations.
• Experience in banking, billing, collections and operational controls.
• Working knowledge of CDSL / NSDL.
• Good understanding of SEBI, NSE & BSE regulations.
• Experience coordinating audits and regulatory reporting.
• Strong team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
