About the Role

Resonant Digital Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of accel bi corporation, USA) is seeking motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Inside Sales Interns. This role involves lead generation, prospect research, outbound calling, email outreach, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination for the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective customers.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
• Introduce the company’s services to potential clients.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Meet assigned outreach and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls, email outreach, and sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online research.
• Willingness to work the specified U.S. Pacific Time shift.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
