Key Responsibilities:

· Provide advice on product labels, marketing initiatives, advertising, product communication, promotions etc. (Legal Metrology Act )

· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and commercial documents.

· Advising on day-to-day operational and business issues and on compliance with applicable laws

· Coordinating with business and other teams to obtain necessary information and documents on behalf of the Legal team.

· Drafting legal notice and replies, power of attorneys, affidavits.

· Assisting in industry association related work.

· Assisting in knowledge management including updating legal databases

Qualifications & Key Skills

· Graduate / Post-Graduate in Law

· Ability to work in a collaborative manner

· Attention to detail

· Critical thinking with a strong desire to learn

· Good drafting and analytical skills, commercial acumen, and time-sensitivity.

· Good written and spoken communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
