🚨 Dynatrace Monitoring & Observability Engineer


We’re looking for an experienced Dynatrace Engineer to help enhance monitoring visibility, alerting, application performance analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities for a LATAM-based project.


Key Responsibilities

- Design, optimize, and refactor Dynatrace monitoring and alerting solutions

- Analyze application performance issues and service degradation

- Investigate Dynatrace alerts and identify likely root causes

- Translate monitoring insights into actionable recommendations

- Support Incident Management and Delivery teams with technical analysis

- Evaluate application architecture and understand dependencies across services

- Improve monitoring visibility and RCA capabilities

- Help identify the appropriate technical stakeholders based on alert findings


Example Scenario

When Dynatrace detects an increase in booking flow failure rates, you should be able to:

➡️ Analyze the alert and affected services

➡️ Investigate application dependencies and performance data

➡️ Identify the probable root cause, such as a Navitaire SDK-related issue

➡️ Provide clear recommendations so Incident Management or Delivery teams can engage the right stakeholders quickly


Required Skills

✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace

✔️ Experience designing, optimizing, and refactoring monitoring & alerting solutions

✔️ Strong understanding of application architecture

✔️ Experience with alert investigation and Root Cause Analysis

✔️ Knowledge of application performance and service degradation scenarios

✔️ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Working Hours: EST
