🚨 PLM Delivery Manager – Windchill / Imagine PLM

FPT Software is looking for an experienced PLM Delivery Manager to join a strategic PLM transformation project for in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil 🇧🇷

What you’ll do:

- Lead the delivery of a PLM transformation and migration project

- Support the migration from PTC Windchill to Imagine PLM

- Coordinate business, engineering, technical, and delivery teams

- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, and deliverables

- Work closely with GE Vernova stakeholders

- Support modernization of tools and processes for BOM, Change Requests, and Design Reviews

- Drive process improvements, integrations, governance, and delivery reporting

- Coordinate local and international stakeholders and distributed teams

- Support successful adoption of the new PLM environment

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Experience in PLM Project / Delivery Management

✔️ Strong knowledge of Windchill or comparable PLM platforms

✔️ Experience with PLM migration or transformation projects

✔️ Understanding of engineering processes: BOM, Change Requests & Design Reviews

✔️ Strong stakeholder and project management skills

✔️ Experience leading cross-functional / distributed teams

✔️ Fluent Portuguese – required 🇧🇷

✔️ Willingness to work on-site in Campinas, São Paulo

⭐ Nice to have:

- Imagine PLM experience

- Engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or energy-sector experience

- PLM data migration / process redesign / implementation experience

- Enterprise technology transformation experience

- Agile/Scrum experience

- International customer and distributed delivery experience

Location: Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil – Local presence required
