What you will do

The Demand Manager is responsible for a group of doctors and points of sale within a business area, focusing on sales results (prescriptions and sell-out).

The person responsible for this position will be required to conduct medical visits promoting all products related to their work schedule, as well as periodically visiting points of sale to gather information on prices, promotions, and product shortages. In addition, they will be responsible for fulfilling the bureaucratic requirements of the position, reporting to their immediate supervisor.

Main responsibilities

• To ensure full responsibility for the territory: business (prescription and sell-out), execution in HCP (physicians), and customer relationship management.
• Ensure medical visitation coverage according to the needs reported by your district management.
• Execute brand communication strategies within HCPs to ensure product demand in their territory, from the correct use of Visual Aids to the execution of medical events.
• Working collaboratively with the Sales/Trade and POS-Force areas to identify opportunities for increasing demand, product placement, and marketing of Client products.
• Responsible for execution at the HCP, ensuring the implementation of frequency and sequence objectives, registration, and programs with physicians.
• Spread the Client culture to your colleagues, employees, and customers.
• To ensure that bureaucratic obligations and processes are executed with discipline and excellence (field rituals and routines).

What we are looking for

Required qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Completed;
  
• Good level of computer skills;
  
• Availability for travel;
  
• Basic English;
  
• A Class B driver's license is essential;
  
• Experience withMedical Marketing;
  
• Must reside in the city of Uberlândia/MG.
