I’m recruiting for an excellent opportunity to join one of Ireland’s leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractors, working on major BusConnects and National Transport infrastructure projects across Dublin.

As a Site Engineer, you’ll play an important role in the successful delivery of major road and civil engineering projects, helping ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Site surveying, setting out and quality control
• Supporting the Project Manager and Site Agent with day-to-day project delivery
• Providing technical guidance and support to Junior Engineers
• Coordinating plant, materials and subcontractors
• Maintaining accurate site records, diaries and project documentation
• Attending site meetings and helping resolve technical issues
• Ensuring works comply with Health & Safety requirements and project specifications
• Liaising with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders
• Must have a valid driver license

You’ll ideally have previous experience as a Site Engineer on road, civil engineering or infrastructure projects, with strong setting out and surveying skills.

Road construction experience is essential, along with a full clean driver’s licence.

Experience in utilities, drainage or public infrastructure would be a strong advantage.

You’ll also be organised, technically confident and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
