We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Golden Care Therapy NY. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA Therapy to children with Autism, helping them reach their full potential and build a brighter future.
About The Role
As a BCBA at Golden Care Therapy NY, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop strategies to achieve them
- Providing training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of ABA Therapy services
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies

Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- PartTime schedule (hours of operation will be discussed during the interview process)
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support
- Remote and in-person opportunities available. Must live in New York
