Key Responsibilities:
\n1. Product Inspection & Fault Diagnosis
\nPerform visual inspections, functional checks, and fault diagnosis on robotic lawn mowers and related products returned for repair;
\nUse company-provided diagnostic software, testing tools, and repair equipment to identify and locate product faults;
\nDetermine the root cause of faults and the appropriate repair solution based on inspection and test results;
\nAccurately record product faults, diagnostic results, and repair information as required.
\n2. Product Repair
\nPerform product disassembly, component replacement, reassembly, and repair in accordance with repair SOPs;
\nTroubleshoot and repair common issues involving motors, sensors, PCBs, wiring harnesses, wheel assemblies, cutting discs, batteries, and other components;
\nProperly use repair tools, testing equipment, fixtures, and other required equipment;
\nEnsure all repair activities comply with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
\n3. Post-Repair Testing & Quality Verification
\nPerform functional testing and complete product inspections after repair;
\nConfirm that repaired products meet company quality and delivery standards;
\nTroubleshoot and resolve any abnormalities identified during post-repair testing;
\nImprove first-time repair success and minimize repeat repairs and product returns.
\n4. Product Inspection & Refurbishment
\nInspect, evaluate, and grade returned products according to company standards;
\nClean, repair, replace components, and refurbish eligible products;
\nPerform functional testing and quality inspections after refurbishment;
\nOrganize and package refurbished products and accessories according to company requirements.
\n5. Repair System & Data Recording
\nAccurately record diagnostic results, fault causes, repair actions, and replaced spare parts in the company repair system;
\nEnsure consistency between product serial numbers (SN), repair work orders, and physical products;
\nAccurately register spare parts used during the repair process;
\nSupport reconciliation and verification of repair data, spare parts, and inventory information.
\n6. Repair Center Workplace Management
\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe repair workstation;
\nProperly manage and use repair tools and testing equipment;
\nComply with repair center safety requirements, ESD procedures, and operational standards;
\nCoordinate with spare parts, warehouse, and other teams to support efficient product flow.
\n7. Other Responsibilities
\nSupport engineers in testing and validating new products, new repair solutions, and repair SOPs;
\nPromptly report recurring, batch-related, or potential product quality issues identified during repairs;
\nParticipate in company-provided product knowledge and repair skills training;
\nPerform other related duties based on the operational requirements of the Repair Center.
\nRequirements:
\n1. Technical background in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, automotive repair, or a related field;
\n2. Basic mechanical disassembly, inspection, and repair skills;
\n3. Ability to properly use screwdrivers, multimeters, and common repair tools;
\n4. Strong hands-on ability and willingness to perform practical repair and workshop-based tasks;
\n5. Detail-oriented and able to follow standardized processes and repair SOPs;
\n6. Strong sense of responsibility, quality awareness, and safety awareness;
\n7.Preferred candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
\n- \n
- Repair and maintenance experience with robots, robotic lawn mowers, power tools, or outdoor power equipment; \n
- Repair experience with home appliances or consumer electronics; \n
- Repair experience with e-bikes, automobiles, or electromechanical equipment; \n
- Repair experience involving PCBs, motors, sensors, batteries, or electronic control systems; \n
- Experience working in a warehouse repair center, after-sales service center, or refurbishment/repair center. \n
