• Responsible for the on-site installation of the 3S products: Lifts, Climb Auto System, Climb assist.
\n
• Provide customers with training on the installation, use and annual inspection of the company's products.
\n
• Attend customer sites to deal with faults as instructed by the company.
\n
• Refining and writing product guidelines
\n
• Refining and writing troubleshooting manuals.
\n
• Preparation of Product maintenance reports
\n
• Counting product failures and assisting the Quality Department in analyzing root causes
\n
• Development of improvement measures to address common product issues
\n
• Support sales with technical clarification.
\n
• Daily management of the warehouse, identification and dispatch of parts.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• At least two years of relevant work experience, with experience in mechanical installation and basic electrical knowledge
\n
• Proficient in the use of office software
\n
• Good communication and presentation skills
\n
• Able to adapt to short-term travel
\n
• Fluent in English and German
\n
• Base in Germany, travel to the office every day is required.
