\nPosition Overview
\nThe Robotics Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing pick operations within the QA station. Thifs role ensures that inventory is properly stowed, bin manifests are accurate, and pick rejections are minimized through proactive inventory management and systematic auditing processes.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nInventory Stowing and Management

- Stow inventory into pod bins, including new receipts, ensuring items are robot-pickable and properly positioned for efficient retrieval \n
- Manage inventory records through lookup, add, remove, relocate, and Add Back (dropzone) functions to protect QA \n
- Remove stale or bad-status inventory within Customer Shipment and Problem Solve constraints using FC tool \n
- Clean bin manifests to match physical bin contents, directly reducing ITEM_ID_NO_MATCH pick rejections \n
- Establish and maintain a regular bin-audit cadence with documented before/after metrics to track improvement \n
- Support the auto-retire tool to keep manifests synchronized with picks after successful pick completion \n
- Analyze eligibility-check and pick-rejection reasons to identify root causes and improvement opportunities \n
- Improve LOW_ID and NO_ID item handling processes to increase pick success rates \n
- Count and track floor inventory to maintain accurate inventory visibility \n
- Identify and reuse unused bins to maximize storage capacity and efficiency \n
- Complete manifest cleanup initiatives with measurable results \n
- Document process improvements and share best practices with the team \n
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent \n
- Ability stand/walk for extended periods \n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment \n
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in warehouse or fulfillment center operations \n
- Familiarity with inventory management systems \n
- Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking \n
- Knowledge of Amazon FC tools and processes \n
Work Environment
\nThis position is based in an Robotics pick QA station. The role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Flexibility to work various shifts may be required based on operational needs.
