Warehouse Operations Team Leader

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with previous supervisory or team leader experience.

This position will oversee 8 operators on a day shift pattern Monday to Thursday and Friday early finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee picking, packing and dispatch to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Supervise, train and allocate workloads to warehouse staff.
• Monitor stock movements inwards and outwards using SAP.
• Achieve daily pallet movement KPIs.
• Identify potential delays and take action to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
• Liaise with the Warehouse Manager, transport companies and drivers.
• Carry out stock checks and report shortages or damaged goods.
• Ensure all health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed.

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Good understanding of stock control and supply chain processes.
