Mon. to Fri. 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

JOB SUMMARY
This role will perform business analysis to support the ePMO and enterprise projects.
DUTIES
- Requirements development involving requirements elicitation, elaboration, analysis, specification and validation
- Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams
- Business case development and cost benefit analysis
- Contribute to RFPs, RFQs, RFSs as needed
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between projects
- Report status to, and follow overall direction from the Project Manager
- Supporting ePMO leadership with ad-hoc presentation requests and/or project specific requests
- Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Minimum five (5) years experience in business analysis andprocess management with proven ability to lead stakeholders through detailed requirements gathering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data visualization
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, tact, influencing, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and ability to prioritize and execute tasks
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications and other business mapping applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
