Job DescriptionBA with Regulatory Reporting:- Strong experience in Regulatory Reporting environments (FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit, ESG, Statistical Reporting, Pillar 3). Extensive Business Analysis and Requirements Management experience. Strong understanding of Axiom/Nasdaq regulatory reporting solutions.
Experience managing change portfolios, delivery backlogs, and project governance. Knowledge of supplier management, third-party risk frameworks, and operational governance. Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Visio.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation capabilities. Ability to work across Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Technology, and Vendor teams.
Knowledge of SDLC, SIT, UAT/BAT, and post-implementation review processes. TPBN1_IJ
