FOH Manager

Olde City, a restaurant and bar concept with three full-service locations in NYC is in search of a GM to join our management team. As we build our brand in NYC we are looking for managers with a self-starter mentality committed to establishing Olde City as the premiere destination for authentic cheesesteaks and craft cocktails served in a customer friendly, sports bar environment. General Managers oversee the operations of their home base Olde City location.

As an official game watch destination for all Philly Sports, Arsenal, Penn State Football & Villanova basketball we are looking for a high energy GM to lead the team in providing an incredible game day experience. General Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to): ordering, inventory management, scheduling, overseeing kitchen and FOH operations, vendor management and repairs and maintenance. Candidates should have five years of experience in hospitality, minimum two years in a management/leadership role.
