CULTIVATION TECHNICIANS
Full-time / Part-time / Casual
We’re looking for a Cultivation Technicians to join our growing team.
The Role
- Perform daily cultivation activities including planting, transplanting, pruning, plant maintenance and harvesting.
- Monitor plant health and promptly report pests, disease, abnormalities or quality concerns.
- Follow cultivation schedules, SOPs, hygiene requirements and strict biosecurity procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in line with regulatory and quality standards.
- Support cleaning, sanitation and general operational activities while working safely and collaboratively across the cultivation team.
