As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our professional and high-performing team. If you're someone who takes pride in your workmanship, values quality, and enjoys a variety of tasks each day – we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • General repairs and maintenance: patching, tiling, painting, concreting, fencing
  • Installations: bollards, wheel stops, speed humps, signage & traffic control fixings
  • Reporting defects, damages or site issues using our job management system
  • Representing Brightwood onsite with a high standard of professionalism
  • Managing jobs independently and prioritising based on urgency

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance, handyman or trade-based role
  • Confidence with tools and materials – especially concreting, patching & repairs
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Manual Driver’s License
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving and time management abilities
  • A high level of personal presentation and pride in workmanship
