Warehouse Storeperson

We are seeking reliable and hands‑on Warehouse Store persons to join our warehouse team. This role is suited to someone who enjoys practical warehouse work in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can change throughout the day. Our warehouse has wide ranges of flooring products, so flexibility, initiative, and strong attention to detail are essential.

You will begin working closely with our current team through a buddy system to learn our products, layout, and daily processes. Over time, you will become confident in independently managing tasks and supporting smooth daily workflow.

Key responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming containers

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately, including small parts and trims

Monitor order requirements and proactively prepare stock to support efficient fulfilment

Locate, organise, and replenish inventory within a dynamic warehouse environment

Support daily warehouse operations while responding effectively to changing priorities and urgent requests

Conduct stock checks regularly, investigate discrepancies, and assist with inventory control

Contribute to warehouse organisation and continuous improvements in storage, layout, and workflow efficiency

Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised work environment

Take initiative to anticipate operational needs and keep workflow moving smoothly during busy periods

About you

Previous warehouse, storeperson, or logistics experience preferred

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and changing environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with small items

Able to think practically and solve problems on the spot

Reliable, punctual, and consistent

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Good communication skills and team‑oriented attitude

Willing to take ownership of tasks and support overall team efficiency

Full‑time/Part time/Casual position in the supportive small team environment

Hands‑on training and buddy system onboarding
