About the Role

Whoosh Care is looking for passionate Part-Time and Casual Educators to join our supportive team across South West Sydney.
We currently have several exciting opportunities available across our South West Sydney services:

• Austral: 5 afternoons 2:30pm – 5:30pm (one combined role – not to be split)

• Denham Court: 5 afternoons, 2:30pm – 5:30pm (one role – not to be split)

• Edmondson Park: 5 afternoons, 1:45pm – 5:30pm (one role – not to be split)

• Leppington :5 afternoons, 2:30pm – 5:30pm (one role – not to be split)

• Or, join our South West casual educator pool for flexible shifts across our small network

Our educators play an important role in creating safe, inclusive and engaging environments where children feel valued, respected and supported.

These roles are ideal for educators who are passionate about children, committed to child safety and enjoy being part of a positive team.

What You’ll Bring

• A strong commitment to keeping children safe, supported and included

• A genuine understanding of child safety and your responsibilities as an educator

• The confidence to recognise, respond to and report child safety concerns

• A caring, respectful and positive approach when working with children

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships

• A commitment to following Whoosh Care’s Child Safe Policies, procedures and legislative requirements

• A proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Availability Monday to Friday afternoons

• Experience in OOSH or early childhood education

• Strong communication and people skills

• Current Paid Working with Children Check

• Current Geccko Foundation 1 & 2 and Advanced Child Safety certificates

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

• Flexible, reliable and team-oriented attitude

• Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for working with children
