About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer – III with strong expertise in Revit Architecture. The role involves working closely with the Project Manager on design development, construction documentation, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in maintaining design and technical quality standards
• Prepare floor plans, wall partition plans, RCPs, elevations, millwork drawings, and construction documents
• Set up and maintain Revit drawing standards and consistency across deliverables
• Handle projects from concept through design development and construction documentation
• Maintain strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
• Ensure project schedules, deadlines, and quality standards are met

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Strong command of Revit Architecture is mandatory
• Experience with multifamily, single-family, or townhome projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of architectural documentation and construction drawings
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
