Service Manager - River Coimbatore

Location: River, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 3+ years in automobile service, with relevant EV experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service operations and workshop performance.
• Lead and supervise the service, technician and support teams.
• Ensure efficient vehicle diagnosis, repair, PDI and delivery processes.
• Handle EV-specific diagnostics, troubleshooting and technical issues.
• Monitor service quality, turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper handling of EV batteries, high-voltage systems and safety procedures.
• Maintain workshop productivity, spare parts usage and service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Track service KPIs, warranty claims and daily workshop reports.
• Coordinate with the OEM technical team for complex technical issues and escalations.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in automobile service.
• EV service experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of EV systems, diagnostics and high-voltage safety.
• Experience in leading and managing a workshop/service team.
• Good communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented with strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
