Bring your passion and experience to deliver ground-breaking projects to support our clients, from industry consulting, strategic direction, to process improvement and technology transformations, while building your skills and capabilities.

Our team is made up of a diverse range of professionals, with a deep understanding and passion for transforming the way care is delivered. They share experiences right across the healthcare environment – including clinicians, hospital operations, eHealth, commissioning – who work together to pioneer new ways to improve healthcare!

REQUIRED SKILLSET

  • Clinician engagement and system design — experience working with clinical teams to capture and translate workflows into system design, supporting clinician-led design sessions, and ensuring clinical requirements are embedded throughout the build process. Experience in an Irish Healthcare setting an advanctage.
  • Clinical application configuration and delivery — experienced analysts or principal trainers with experience configuring and delivering any clinical or administrative application module, including but not limited to inpatient, ambulatory, pharmacy, theatre, laboratory, or cardiology applications
  • Technical infrastructure — experience with EHR hosting environments, end user device deployment, medical device integration, security, identity management, or business continuity planning
  • Interoperability and integration — experience with national or third-party system integrations, data migration, or interface design and testing
  • Training and education — experience designing and delivering large-scale end user training programmes, managing learning management systems, or working as a principal trainer or training coordinator
  • Change management — experience leading organisational change, benefits realisation, engagement, or readiness activities in a healthcare setting

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years of experience, including demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms and/or other digital health systems.
  • Healthcare / IT qualification
