Job Description
We are delighted to be supporting an innovative Insurance business with a global footprint to source for a commercially focused FP&A Accountant to join their team.
This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play a key role in driving business performance across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive business performance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis and performance commentary.
- Carry out revenue and cost reconciliations to identify key business drivers.
- Support annual budgets, forecasts and long-range planning processes.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across commercial and operational teams.
- Identify risks, opportunities and key actions to improve performance.
- Support business projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with 0-3 years PQE
- Preferably Big 4 Trained, ideally with experience working in Insurance or a Financial services background.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Advanced Excel with excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Experience presenting financial information to senior management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
