Are you an Architect with 8–10 years of experience who can turn complex industrial requirements into efficient, buildable spaces?

We’re looking for an Architect – Industrial & Logistics to drive architectural design and coordination across industrial facilities, PEB warehouses, logistics parks, ICDs, warehousing and agri-logistics projects.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead architectural concepts and detailed design for large-scale industrial & logistics developments
• Drive architectural design for PEB warehouses, focusing on space optimization and operational efficiency
• Plan and coordinate interior fit-outs for administrative blocks, offices and control rooms
• Prepare BoQs, tender documents and tender drawings
• Review DPRs, DBRs, consultant designs and IFC drawings
• Evaluate vendors, technical bids, drawings and material specifications
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, project management and external design teams
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory requirements and industry standards
• Conduct site visits, resolve design queries and support constructability/value-engineering initiatives

What we're looking for:

• B.Arch & M.Arch from a recognized institution
• 8–10 years of relevant architectural experience
• Strong exposure to industrial structures, PEB warehouses, logistics/warehousing and agri-logistics projects
• Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD
• Revit, SketchUp and Navisworks knowledge will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of BoQ, cost estimation and tendering
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills
