Must Haves
- Power BI experience: 5+ years
- Power Automate experience: 5+ years
- 7+ years Support resource utilization tracking and management
- 7+ years Stakeholder management and reporting I&IT wide performance KPIs
- 7+ years Identify drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers. Align with stakeholders on delivering savings and track & report this on an ongoing basis
- 7+ years Hands-on experience with developing and implementing use cases in industry standard enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA etc.)
- 7+ years Excellent MS office toolset knowledge and application (Excel, Powerpoint and MS-word)?
- Minimum of 3 days onsite (non negotiable)
