Position: Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Kolshet Road, Thane

Salary: Up to 6 LPA + Attractive Incentives

ABOUT COMPANY It’s a leading real estate channel partner specializing in premium residential projects across Mumbai and Thane. We are looking for passionate and result-driven Sales Managers to join our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle company-provided digital leads and engage with prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Schedule and conduct site visits.
• Present project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 1–5 years of experience in sales.
• Candidates with a Real Estate Sales background will be preferred.
• Must have experience in client calling, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and sales closures.
• Experience in handling high-ticket-size residential sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.

CANDIDATES FROM OTHER INDUSTRIES We also welcome candidates from Banking, Insurance, Automobile, EdTech, Hospitality, Retail, or other sales-driven industries who have hands-on experience in end-to-end sales, including lead handling, client meetings, product presentations, negotiation, direct customer interaction, and independently closing sales.
