ProSource are recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a leading Main Contractor who are delivering major Data Centre projects across Germany.
\n€80,000 - €110,000 + Living Away Package + Accommodation + Flights + Transport.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to join a market-leading contractor delivering large-scale mission-critical projects across Mainland Europe.
\nThe role offers the opportunity to lead high-value Data Centre projects from pre-construction through to handover while working alongside experienced project delivery teams.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Manage the successful delivery of Data Centre projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
\n• Lead site management teams, engineers, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are achieved.
\n• Oversee project budgets, procurement, resource planning and cost control.
\n• Manage project programmes, monitor progress and implement recovery plans where required.
\n• Ensure all works are delivered in line with quality, safety and client requirements.
\n• Chair project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and design teams.
\n• Review construction methodologies, technical submissions, RFIs and design coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
\n• Identify and manage project risks while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
\n• Ensure contractual obligations and reporting requirements are met throughout the project.
\n• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and local Health & Safety legislation.
\nQualifications and Experience:
\n• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
\n• 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role delivering large-scale construction projects.
\n• Previous experience working for a Main Contractor.
\n• Data Centre experience is highly desirable; however, candidates with Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial or Large-Scale Building project experience will also be considered.
\n• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
\n• Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
\n• Experience managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
\n• Full driving licence.
\n• EU Passport or unrestricted right to work across Europe.
