Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end single-cell sequencing workflows, including sample processing, single-cell dissociation, single-nucleus preparation, cell sorting, quality assessment, and library preparation. \n
- Execute and optimize single-cell experiments using platforms such as 10x Genomics, PARSE, or other single-cell technologies. \n
- Conduct molecular biology experiments including PCR, qPCR, nucleic acid extraction/purification, and NGS-related workflows. \n
- Handle human and mouse tissue samples and optimize protocols for challenging samples to improve experimental performance and data quality. \n
- Operate laboratory instruments including flow cytometers (FACS), cell counters, PCR/qPCR systems, and other molecular biology equipment. \n
- Analyze experimental results, maintain accurate laboratory records, prepare reports, and communicate findings with internal teams and customers when required. \n
- Troubleshoot experimental issues, improve laboratory workflows, and contribute to the development and validation of single-cell methodologies. \n
- Collaborate with research teams and support the training or supervision of junior team members when needed. \n
Requirements

- A Master's degree with 1–3 years of relevant hands-on laboratory experience. \n
- Hands-on experience with single-cell sequencing platforms (10x Genomics or equivalent) and related experimental workflows. \n
Experience in
\n- \n
- Single-cell suspension preparation and tissue dissociation (human/mouse tissues) \n
- Single-nucleus extraction/preparation \n
- Flow cytometry/FACS operation \n
- Molecular biology techniques including PCR, qPCR, purification, and NGS workflows \n
- Experience with protocol optimization, troubleshooting, and laboratory SOPs. \n
- Familiarity with organoids, recombinant AAV, screening, or low-input molecular assays is a plus. \n
- Basic experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Prism, Spotfire, or equivalent) and interest in bioinformatics is preferred. \n
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a research environment. \n
- Willingness to travel when required. \n
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken). \n
