HYPOXI Coach and Customer Service

Fernwood Fitness Robina is looking for an energetic and people-focused HYPOXI Coach & Customer Service Team Member to join our team.

This is a dual role combining HYPOXI coaching, member support, customer service and sales, so we're looking for someone who loves working with people and is just as comfortable supporting our members on the club floor and at reception as they are coaching clients through their HYPOXI journey.

No HYPOXI experience is required, with full training and HYPOXI certification provided. Previous experience in sales, customer service, weight loss, fitness, beauty or the wellness industry would be highly regarded.

About the role:

As a HYPOXI Coach, you'll operate our specialised HYPOXI technology, supervise client sessions and provide the motivation, accountability and support to help women work towards their health and wellness goals.

As part of our Membership & Customer Service team, you'll also play an important role in creating a welcoming club experience, building relationships with prospective and existing members and helping grow our Fernwood community.

Your role will include:

• Operating HYPOXI technology and supervising client training sessions.
• Guiding, motivating and supporting clients to achieve their individual goals.
• Tracking client progress and celebrating their results.
• Conducting HYPOXI consultations and following up trials and enquiries.
• Converting trial sessions and promoting HYPOXI packages and services.
• Welcoming members and guests and providing exceptional customer service.
• Supporting reception and day-to-day club operations.
• Following up prospective and existing members by phone, email and in person.
• Assisting with membership enquiries, club tours and sales when required.
• Building genuine relationships with our members and contributing to a welcoming club environment.
• Responding to membership enquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
• Completing new member and retention calls.
• Working towards individual and team sales and retention KPIs.
• Supporting club promotions, events, marketing and social media activities.
