About the role
The role is between our warehouse and gardening: including service repair and maintenance to a wide range of equipment, manual handling of stock and materials, maintaining equipment and stock within the warehouse, maintaining fleet of vehicles, coordinating with the Purchasing team, and gardening maintenance and general maintenance for local clients.
Key responsibilities
Service, repair and maintenance to wide range of equipment (i.e. lawn mowers, whipper snippers, chainsaws etc)
Manual handling - drop off and collection of stock/materials in the warehouse and to sites
Maintain the equipment and stock within the warehouse
Maintaining fleet of vehicles - stock, equipment and servicing requirements
Coordinating with Purchasing team to maintain levels
Gardening maintenance and general maintenance for local clients
About you
Working experience maintaining machinery/small engine mechanic
Working experience in garden maintenance
Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Good work ethic, punctual, reliable and honest
Current manual driver's license (company vehicles are manual)
Be willing to undergo a Police Check
Hold (or obtain on starting) a Working with Children Blue Card
