We proudly wholesale well-known licensed brands and our own unique designs, decorating merchandise in-house and distributing Australia-wide through our trusted network.

About the Role

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be a key player in our Customer Service Team, managing accounts and ensuring clients receive outstanding service every step of the way. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, creative industry.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Monitoring the data processing team to ensure accurate order entry.
• Communicating with customers about stock, pricing, decoration options, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinating artwork approvals and order confirmations.
• Monitoring orders for quality and timely delivery.
• Maintaining customer records in our database.
• Assisting with showroom product displays.
• Providing top-notch after-sales support.
• Contributing ideas to improve our customer service operations.
• Building relationships and helping grow sales.
