Job Description
Noble Automotive is part of the 4K Automotive Group, a trusted and family-operated business delivering outstanding customer service across Canterbury-Bankstown region.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dealership Accountant to join our team in Campbelltown, with travel to our Chullora and Revesby locations as required.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete monthly accounting and financial reporting requirements within agreed deadlines
- Assist with preparation and review of monthly Profit & Loss statements
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Assist with preparation and review of Business Activity Statements (BAS)
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Floorplan reconciliations
- Analyse dealership financial performance and identify key trends
- Assist with implementation of new accounting systems and processes
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements
- Provide guidance and support to Accounts team
What You'll Bring
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence, with the ability to travel to sites as required
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with CPA studies underway
- Previous experience in a dealership accounting role is essential
- Experience with automotive dealership accounting systems is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with dealership management and other departments
