What will you do?
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business operations and technology teams to ensure logistics and supply chain data is structured, governed, and delivered effectively across the enterprise.
Partner with business stakeholders across logistics, operations, and supply chain functions to understand business processes, requirements, and pain points.
Design, maintain, and enhance logistics data models that support operational and strategic business needs.
Define and document business data requirements, data definitions, relationships, and business rules across systems.
Lead data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple platforms.
Synthesize information from diverse business and system sources to create clear, actionable requirements for IT and data engineering teams.
Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, and expected outcomes.
Perform root cause analysis of data quality and process issues and coordinate remediation efforts.
Support data governance initiatives, master data management activities, and process standardization efforts.
Develop data mappings, functional specifications, process flows, and testing requirements to support system enhancements and projects.
Have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Possess 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data modeling, or supply chain systems roles.

Have strong SQL and relational database skills.

Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Are familiar with data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
