Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Driver role based in Mississauga, ON. The Warehouse Driver will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading wine and spirits between the warehouse, delivery locations, and partner sites while maintaining a professional and courteous presence with customers. Daily tasks include picking and packing orders, assisting with shipping and receiving, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The role also involves operating material-handling equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts, where certified), verifying order accuracy, and completing related delivery documentation. The Warehouse Driver will work closely with warehouse and office team members to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and a smooth order fulfillment process.

Qualifications

• Warehouse operations skills, including unloading, packing, and shipping & receiving.
• Safe equipment handling skills, such as forklift operation and use of other material-handling tools (valid or eligibility for forklift certification is an asset).
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, customers, and supervisors.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience driving light commercial vehicles or delivery vans.
• Ability to lift and move cases of wine and spirits safely and repeatedly, and to work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience, ideally in food and beverage or consumer goods, is an asset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and following all health, safety, and alcohol-handling regulations.
