The Role

We are seeking a qualified Service Technician to join our Brisbane-based Food Equipment Service Team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing commercial food service appliances and have a full refrigeration license.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
• Performing planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of high-quality commercial food service equipment, including soft serve unit and beverage machines.
• Installing, commissioning, and validating new equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults, including emergency breakdowns.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Location

This role is based in the Brisbane metropolitan area with our workshop based in Mansfield.

Qualifications & Attributes

To be considered, you will need:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ideally, experience in the food industry.
• A willingness to learn, upskill, and share knowledge with the team.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
