About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively making outbound calls to customers to support their information management requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM system.
- Manage customer enquiries and requests via phone and email.
- Ensure all customer matters are followed up promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and key stakeholders.
- Provide training and ongoing support to customers using our online records management system.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- General admin and support functions.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer information.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence in training, coaching, and supporting customers and team members.
- Experience within records management, information management, logistics, administration, or service industries will be highly regarded.

Clearances Required
- A current National Police Clearance is essential.
- A current Victorian Working With Children Check (WWCC).
