About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively making outbound calls to customers to support their information management requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM system.
  • Manage customer enquiries and requests via phone and email.
  • Ensure all customer matters are followed up promptly and professionally.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to customers using our online records management system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • General admin and support functions.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing customer information.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence in training, coaching, and supporting customers and team members.
  • Experience within records management, information management, logistics, administration, or service industries will be highly regarded.

Clearances Required

  • A current National Police Clearance is essential.
  • A current Victorian Working With Children Check (WWCC).
