As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swim lessons in a safe, supportive, and fun environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities. What you’ll be doing

• Delivering engaging and effective swim lessons to swimmers of all ages and abilities
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all swimmers at all times
• Following Bright Waves’ lesson programs and water safety procedures
• Building positive relationships with swimmers and families through professional and friendly interactions poolside
• Assisting with pool setup and pack-down, including equipment care and maintenance
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment

What we’re looking for

• Any person that would be interested in learning how to become a Swim Teacher
• A person who is already trained in Swim teaching and is looking for shifts
• A genuine passion for swimming and helping others learn and build confidence in the water
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with swimmers of different ages and abilities
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain these)
