Battery and Solar Sales Representative

Right now the Current Federal Battery Rebate, BESS2 and incoming BESS3 rebate has demand through the roof — and we've got more qualified inbound enquiries than our current team can handle. We need closers.

This is an in home solar & battery sales role in the SEQ Region. No door-knocking leads. No cold calling leads. Customers have applied for an exclusive appointment with us — you arrive on time and do what you do best.

• Closing warm inbound solar & battery enquiries
• Representing an award winning company
• Educating customers on the benefits of solar & storage, building rapport fast, and signing them up efficiently

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU

• Have a proven track record closing (solar experience helpful, not essential — we'll teach you the tech)
• Can build rapport fast and control an opportunity
• Are self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to level up
• Are comfortable with numbers, CRM/computers, and juggling a pipeline
