About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Registered General Nurse for immediate full-time and part-time agency shifts in Dublin and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care in compliance with HIQA and NMBI standards.
• Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and monitor service users' health status.
• Accurately document and report any clinical observations, incidents, or changes in condition.
• Support and supervise healthcare assistants and support staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure infection prevention, health and safety, and best practice compliance at all times.
• Promote dignity, respect, and independence in all care interactions.

Qualifications

• Active NMBI PIN and registration
• Right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship provided)
• Required clinical vaccinations up to date
• Minimum of 6-12 months of post-registration nursing experience (preferred)
• Full driving licence (advantageous but not essential)

Required Skills

• Experience in residential, elderly, or disability care settings
• Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Reliable, flexible, and empathetic approach to patient care
• Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning

Preferred Skills

• Nursing: 1 year (required)
